Today’s Meditation (3.6.18)

Hebrews 9:23-28 (AMP)

Therefore it was necessary for the [earthly] copies of the heavenly things to be cleansed with these, but the heavenly things themselves required far better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ did not enter into a holy place made with hands, a mere copy of the true one, but [He entered] into heaven itself, now to appear in the very presence of God on our behalf; 25 nor did He [enter into the heavenly sanctuary to] offer Himself again and again, as the high priest enters the Holy Place every year with blood that is not his own. 26 Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer over and over since the foundation of the world; but now once for all at the consummation of the ages He has appeared and been publicly manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. 27 And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this [comes certain] judgment, 28 so Christ, having been offered once and once for all to bear [as a burden] the sins of many, will appear a second time [when he returns to earth], not to deal with sin, but to bring salvation to those who are eagerly and confidently waiting for Him.

Today’s Meditation (1.18.18)

Psalm 62:5-12 (AMP)

For God alone my soul waits in silence and quietly submits to Him, for my hope is from Him. 6 He only is my rock and my salvation; my fortress and my defense, I will not be shaken or discouraged. 7 On God my salvation and my glory rest; He is my rock of [unyielding] strength, my refuge is in God. 8 Trust [confidently] in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him. God is a refuge for us.
Selah.

9 Men of low degree are only a breath (emptiness), and men of [high] rank are a lie (delusion). In the balances they go up [because they have no measurable weight or value]; they are together lighter than a breath. 10 Do not trust in oppression, and do not vainly hope in robbery; if riches increase, do not set your heart on them. 11 God has spoken once, twice I have heard this: that power belongs to God. 12 Also to You, O Lord, belong lovingkindness and compassion, for You compensate every man according to [the value of] his work.

Today’s Meditation

“since all have sinned and continually fall short of the glory of God, and are being justified [declared free of the guilt of sin, made acceptable to God, and granted eternal life] as a gift by His [precious, undeserved] grace, through the redemption [the payment for our sin] which is [provided] in Christ Jesus,”

ROMANS 3:23‭-‬24 (AMP)

Today’s Meditation

“He was despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and pain and acquainted with grief; And like One from whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or esteem Him.”

ISAIAH 53:3 (AMP)

Our Lord and Savior

Hebrews 1:3(KJV)

Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:”
