Sing to God, O kingdoms of the earth, sing praises to the Lord! Selah.

Today’s Meditation (7.7.18)

Matthew 8:21-22 (AMP)

Another of the disciples said to Him, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father (collect my inheritance).” 22 But Jesus said to him, “Follow Me [believing in Me as Master and Teacher], and allow the [spiritually] dead to bury their own dead.”

Today’s Meditation (7.5.18)

1 Corinthians 4:11-12 (AMP)

To this present hour we are both hungry and thirsty; we are continually poorly dressed, and we are roughly treated, and wander homeless.
12 We work [for our living], working hard with our own hands. When we are reviled and verbally abused, we bless. When we are persecuted,
we take it patiently and endure.

Today’s Meditation (7.2.18)

John 7:19-24 (AMP)

“Did not Moses give you the Law? And yet not one of you keeps the Law. Why do you want to kill Me [for not keeping it]?” 20 The crowd answered, “You have a demon [You are out of Your mind]! Who wants to kill You?” 21 Jesus replied, “I did one work, and you are all astounded. 22 For this reason Moses has given you [God’s law regarding] circumcision (not that it originated with Moses, but with the patriarchs) and you circumcise a man [even] on the Sabbath. 23 If, to avoid breaking the Law of Moses, a man undergoes circumcision on the Sabbath, why are you angry with Me for making a man’s whole body well on the Sabbath? 24 Do not judge by appearance [superficially and arrogantly], but judge fairly and righteously.”
